5. State Restrictions
This promotion is not open to residents of South Australia, New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory.
Any entry submitted by a person whose principal place of residence is located within one of those jurisdictions at the time of entry will be automatically declared invalid.
Temporary travel outside those jurisdictions does not affect residency for the purposes of this promotion.
6. Entrant Warranties
By entering this promotion, every entrant confirms and warrants that:
-
they satisfy all eligibility requirements contained in these Terms;
-
they are not a resident of South Australia, New South Wales or the Australian Capital Territory when entering;

every statement and piece of information supplied to the Promoter is accurate, complete and not misleading.
The Promoter may request documentary evidence to verify any of these matters at any stage.
7. Compliance With Law
This promotion is conducted subject to all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation.
Participation is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
If legislation in any jurisdiction prevents the Promoter from accepting an entry, awarding a particular prize or otherwise conducting the promotion as described, the Promoter may take whatever action it reasonably considers necessary to comply with applicable laws, including:
-
rejecting an entry;
-
providing an alternative prize of equal or greater value where legally permitted;
-
offering a cash substitute where appropriate;
-
cancelling an affected entry; or
-
taking any other action required to maintain legal compliance.
Nothing contained in these Terms authorises or requires conduct that would contravene any applicable legislation.
8. Incorrect Information or Breach
If the Promoter determines that an entrant has:
-
supplied false, incomplete or misleading information;
-
breached these Terms and Conditions; or
-
otherwise become ineligible,
the Promoter may invalidate that person's entry, cancel any prize already awarded and conduct a further draw to determine a replacement winner in accordance with these Terms.
9. Membership Terms
Eligibility through a SunZinc membership is also governed by the applicable SunZinc Membership Terms and Conditions.
Where any inconsistency exists between these Promotion Terms and the Membership Terms, these Promotion Terms will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
10. How Entries Are Awarded
Eligible members do not need to complete a separate entry form.
Where an entrant holds an eligible SunZinc membership during the Promotion Period, entries into the draw will be allocated automatically.
The number of entries received will depend upon the applicable membership tier and the entry allocation attached to that membership level under the Membership Terms in force at the relevant time.
Individuals who purchase a one-off SunZinc membership package through the official promotion page will also receive automatic entries.
The quantity of entries allocated to those purchasers will correspond with the package selected and purchased.
11. Prize
The total prize pool for this promotion is AUD $100,000.
First Prize: $100,000 Cash
One (1) winner will receive a cash prize valued at AUD $100,000.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer into an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
Provided the winner satisfies all verification and prize acceptance requirements contained in these Terms, payment will ordinarily be made within thirty (30) business days.
12. Prize Verification
Before any prize is paid, the Promoter may require the winner to provide documentation reasonably necessary to:
-
establish identity;
-
confirm age;
-
verify eligibility;
-
confirm banking details; and
-
complete any administrative requirements associated with prize payment.
Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in forfeiture of the prize.
13. Release
Subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's agreement to release the Promoter, its related entities, directors, employees, contractors and agents from liability arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt of the prize, except where liability results from the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter.
The winner acknowledges that photographs, video recordings, promotional footage and related marketing materials connected with the promotion may continue to be used by the Promoter after prize payment has occurred.
14. Conduct of the Draw
The prize draw will take place at 9:00pm AEST on 30 July 2026 at the Promoter's premises located at 32 Thynne Road, Morningside, Queensland.
All eligible entries successfully received during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw.
The winner will be selected by random chance.
Unless these Terms provide otherwise, every valid entry carries an equal opportunity of being selected.
There is no restriction on the number of prizes that may be won by a single entrant where multiple prizes are available.
15. Publication of Winners
Following completion of the draw, the name of each successful entrant will be published on the Promoter's official website.
Winner details will remain available for no less than twenty-eight (28) consecutive days.
In addition to website publication, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner using the telephone number and email address associated with their membership or entry.
16. Unclaimed Prize Procedure
If:
-
a winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts;
-
a winner fails to respond;
-
a prize is declined;
-
required verification documents are not supplied; or
-
the prize otherwise remains unclaimed,
by 8:00pm AEST on 30 December 2026, the relevant prize will be regarded as unclaimed.
The original winning entry will no longer be eligible and the prize will be awarded by conducting a replacement draw.
17. Redraw
Any redraw required under these Terms will occur at 8:30pm AEST on 30 December 2026 at the same location as the original draw.
The replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.
Following completion of the redraw:
-
the replacement winner will be contacted by telephone and email where reasonably practicable; and
-
their details will be published on the Promoter's website for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days.
18. Questions and Complaints
Any enquiry regarding the promotion should be submitted in writing to:
swepik.mail@gmail.com
Complaints concerning the conduct of the promotion, winner selection, prize allocation or any other aspect of the promotion must be received within ten (10) days of the relevant event.
Complaints received outside that period may be disregarded.
The Promoter will assess any complaint honestly, fairly and within a reasonable period after receiving all relevant information.
Except where legislation provides otherwise, all decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the promotion are final.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
19. Prize Conditions
Prizes must be accepted exactly as awarded.
Unless expressly stated otherwise within these Terms, prizes:
-
are not transferable;
-
cannot be exchanged;
-
cannot be redeemed for another product or benefit; and
-
cannot be substituted at the request of a winner.
Failure to satisfy any prize acceptance requirements within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Where a prize is forfeited, no compensation or alternative benefit will be provided.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any arrangement made by a winner with another person regarding the sharing, transfer or use of a prize.
20. Draw Delays and Unexpected Events
The Promoter may postpone, relocate, suspend or otherwise alter the timing or method of conducting the draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make it impractical or impossible to proceed as originally scheduled.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
-
power failures;
-
internet or telecommunications outages;
-
software or platform failures;
-
government directions;
-
court orders;

-
public health emergencies; or
-
any comparable event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, revised draw details will be published on the Promoter's website as soon as possible.
Any delay, relocation or modification to the draw does not affect the validity of eligible entries already received.
21. Promotional Participation
Participation in reasonable promotional activities forms an essential condition of accepting a prize.
Each winner agrees, if requested by the Promoter, to:
-
attend prize presentations or announcement events;
-
participate in interviews;
-
be photographed or filmed;
-
appear in promotional videos;
-
cooperate with media opportunities; and
-
otherwise assist with publicity relating to the promotion.
Such promotional activities may appear across television, websites, social media platforms, printed publications, digital advertising and other marketing channels.
If a winner refuses, without reasonable excuse, to participate in promotional activities reasonably requested by the Promoter, the Promoter may declare that winner ineligible to retain the prize.
Where legally permissible and where the prize has already been transferred, the winner must take all reasonable steps necessary to return the benefit of the prize or repay its value if required by the Promoter.
22. Licence to Use Winner Material
As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner grants the Promoter and its related entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, publish, reproduce, edit, distribute, adapt and communicate the winner's:
-
name;
-
likeness;
-
image;
-
voice;
-
recordings; and
-
biographical information,
for advertising, promotional and marketing purposes connected with the Promoter's business.
This permission applies across all existing and future forms of media without further payment or compensation.
The winner also consents to reasonable editing, adaptation and publication of promotional material and waives any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
The Promoter will not intentionally publish a winner's residential street address.
23. Prize Documentation
The Promoter may require a winner to complete declarations, releases, indemnities, acknowledgements or other documentation before a prize is awarded.
If a winner refuses or fails to complete any reasonably required documentation within the nominated period, the Promoter may invalidate that winner's entitlement and conduct a replacement draw.
24. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion:
-
manipulates or interferes with the entry process;
-
attempts to obtain an unfair advantage;
-
breaches these Terms and Conditions;
-
provides false or misleading information;
-
behaves in an abusive, threatening or offensive manner;
-
damages, or is likely to damage, the reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or its associated businesses; or
-
engages in unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate conduct that may affect the integrity of the promotion.
Where an entrant is disqualified, any entries submitted by that entrant become invalid.
Any prize already awarded may be cancelled and re-awarded in accordance with these Terms, regardless of any membership rights or benefits otherwise held by that entrant.
25. Protection of Promotion Integrity
If the administration, fairness, security or proper operation of the promotion is affected by fraud, unauthorised interference, technical manipulation or any other circumstance outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to applicable laws:
-
suspend the promotion;
-
amend these Terms where reasonably necessary;
-
cancel affected entries;
-
recommence the promotion; or
-
terminate the promotion entirely.
These rights operate in addition to any other rights available under these Terms or applicable legislation.
26. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for any interruption, delay or failure affecting participation in the promotion where the issue arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Without limitation, this includes:
-
internet connectivity problems;

email delivery failures;
-
corrupted or incomplete electronic communications;
-
delays in transmission;
-
lost, inaccessible or damaged data; or
-
any similar technical event preventing an entry from being received or processed correctly.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, incomplete, corrupted, duplicated, misdirected or otherwise incapable of being processed due to technical issues.
27. Force Majeure
If an event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter materially disrupts or prevents the promotion from proceeding substantially in accordance with these Terms, the Promoter may, subject to applicable legal requirements, suspend, cancel, amend or recommence the promotion.
Such events include, without limitation:
-
acts of God;
-
severe weather;
-
flooding;
-
fire;
-
natural disasters;
-
pandemics or epidemics;
-
industrial disputes;

war;
-
terrorism;
-
civil unrest;
-
government action;
-
court orders;
-
failures of utilities or communications infrastructure; or
-
any comparable event outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Where the promotion is recommenced, the Promoter may determine that all valid entries received before the interruption remain eligible for the recommenced promotion unless applicable law requires otherwise.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives and agents exclude all liability for any loss, expense, damage, injury, illness or death arising directly or indirectly from:
-
participation in this promotion;

the administration of the promotion;
-
acceptance, possession or use of any prize;
-

-
any technological failure associated with the promotion.
This exclusion extends to indirect, consequential, incidental, special and economic loss, including loss of income, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated profits, whether arising in contract, negligence, statute or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded but may be limited, the Promoter's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where appropriate, will not exceed the value of the prize awarded.
29. Assumption of Risk and Indemnity
Each entrant acknowledges that participation in the promotion and acceptance of any prize may involve risks.
By entering, each entrant accepts those risks voluntarily.
Each entrant and winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its related entities against any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
-
a breach of these Terms;
-
any unlawful, negligent or wrongful act or omission by the entrant or winner;
-
any claim made by a third party arising from the use or enjoyment of a prize; or
-
publicity activities undertaken in accordance with these Terms.
30. Prize Transfers
Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, prizes are personal to the winner.
Prizes cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or another benefit at the request of the winner.
31. Verification
The Promoter may request evidence reasonably required to verify an entrant's eligibility at any stage of the promotion.
This may include documentation confirming identity, age, residential address, employment status or any other matter relevant to participation.
Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in an entry being declared invalid.
Any delay or failure by the Promoter to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
32. Tax Responsibilities
Any taxation consequences associated with receiving or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This includes, without limitation, GST, duties, levies or any other government charge that may arise now or in the future.
The Promoter does not provide financial, accounting or taxation advice.
Winners should obtain independent professional advice regarding their individual circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, each winner indemnifies the Promoter against any liability arising from that winner's taxation obligations relating to the prize.
33. Australian Banking Requirement
Where a cash prize is awarded, payment will only be made in Australian dollars by electronic transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner.
34. Social Media Disclaimer
Social media platforms used to advertise or promote this competition are not sponsors, organisers or administrators of the promotion.
Any personal information supplied by an entrant is provided solely to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Snapchat or any other platform.
By participating, entrants release those platforms from any liability connected with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
35. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any dispute arising in connection with the promotion will be determined exclusively by the courts exercising jurisdiction within Queensland.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be severed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate with full force and effect.
37. Record Retention
The Promoter will maintain records relating to entries, prize draws, winners and prize distribution for the period required by applicable legislation.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement governing the promotion.
Except where required by law, entrants acknowledge that they have not relied upon any statement, representation or advertising material that is inconsistent with these Terms.
If promotional material differs from these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
39. Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Promoter collects personal information supplied by entrants for the purpose of administering memberships, conducting the promotion, validating entries, confirming eligibility, preventing fraud, awarding prizes and complying with legal obligations.
Information collected may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, residential details, banking information where required for prize payment and other information reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
Failure to provide requested information may prevent participation in the promotion or the awarding of a prize.
The Promoter may disclose personal information to related companies, professional advisers, payment providers, contractors, technology providers, insurers, regulatory authorities and other organisations where reasonably necessary for administering the promotion or complying with legal obligations.
Some recipients may be located outside Australia and entrants consent to overseas disclosure where reasonably required for these purposes.
Unless an entrant chooses otherwise, the Promoter may retain personal information after the promotion for future marketing relating to the Promoter's products and services.
Where required by law, all direct marketing communications will contain a functional method allowing recipients to unsubscribe from future marketing messages.
Administrative communications concerning memberships, prizes or the conduct of this promotion may continue to be sent even where an entrant has opted out of marketing communications.
Choosing not to receive marketing material does not affect an entrant's eligibility to participate in the promotion.
The Promoter will manage all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and all applicable Australian privacy legislation.
